Preparation
- In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice, unflavored gelatin, and optional sweetener.
- Whisk well to ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved, then heat over medium-low heat until warm, but not boiling.
- Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes, or until fully set.
Notes
For best results, use 100% fruit juice without added sugar. The snacks will firm up more in the refrigerator and can be stored there for up to a week.
