  • 1 cup Fruit Juice (100%)
  • 2 tablespoons Gelatin (unflavored)
  • 1-2 tablespoons Sweetener (honey or maple syrup) optional

Equipment

  • Saucepan
  • Whisk
  • Silicone Molds

Method

Preparation
  1. In a small saucepan, combine the fruit juice, unflavored gelatin, and optional sweetener.
  2. Whisk well to ensure the gelatin is fully dissolved, then heat over medium-low heat until warm, but not boiling.
  3. Carefully pour the mixture into silicone molds and refrigerate for at least 45 minutes, or until fully set.

Notes

For best results, use 100% fruit juice without added sugar. The snacks will firm up more in the refrigerator and can be stored there for up to a week.
