  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Can also be substituted with chopped white chocolate bar.
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter Melted with the white chocolate.
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs Add one at a time.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour Can substitute with gluten-free flour for a gluten-free option.
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the white chocolate and butter together until smooth.
  3. Stir in the sugar until well combined.
  4. Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each.
  5. Incorporate the vanilla extract.
  6. Gradually add the flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  7. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.

Notes

Serve the brownies warm or at room temperature. Consider adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream or drizzling with chocolate sauce for an enhanced treat. Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to three days, or refrigerate for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze tightly wrapped for up to three months.
