Preparation
  1. Begin by cutting the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces. This helps them cook quickly and evenly.
  2. In a bowl, mix together honey, minced garlic, and soy sauce. This will be your marinade.
Cooking
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and season with salt and pepper. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Pour the honey-garlic mixture over the chicken. Stir well to coat all pieces.
  4. Let it simmer for another 3-5 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Serving

Notes

Make sure to not overcook the chicken. It should be juicy and tender. Adjust the sweetness by adding more honey or soy sauce based on your taste preferences. For extra flavor, you can add a splash of lemon juice or sprinkle in some red chili flakes for heat. To store leftover Honey Garlic Chicken, allow it to cool completely. Transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate. It will stay fresh for up to 3 days. When ready to eat, simply reheat it in a skillet or microwave until heated through.
