Grilling

- Remove the steak from the marinade, letting the excess drip off, and season with salt and pepper.

- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing against the grain.
Notes
Serve the steak sliced thinly against the grain. It pairs well with grilled vegetables, rice, or a fresh salad. Drizzle leftover marinade over the top for added flavor. For extra flavor, marinate the steak for the full 4 hours.
