Ingredients
  

Shell
  • 12 oz Dark chocolate chopped
Filling
  • 6 tablespoons Hot cocoa mix
  • 1 cup Mini marshmallows
  • Sprinkles optional

Equipment

  • Silicone half-sphere molds
  • microwave-safe bowl
  • Spoon or pastry brush
  • Small plate or pan

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Gently melt the chopped chocolate using a microwave or double boiler, stirring until smooth.
  2. Spoon a small amount of melted chocolate into each cavity of a silicone half-sphere mold and spread it up the sides to form a shell.
  3. Place the molds in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes until the chocolate is firm, then carefully remove the chocolate half-spheres.
Assembly
  1. Take half of the chocolate spheres and fill each with 1 tablespoon of hot cocoa mix and a handful of mini marshmallows.
  2. Heat a plate or pan and gently melt the edges of the remaining empty chocolate half-spheres, then press them onto the filled halves to seal.
  3. Drizzle with extra melted chocolate, add sprinkles, or other desired toppings for decoration.

Notes

Ensure your molds are completely dry before adding chocolate. For best results, use good quality chocolate.
