Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper or silicone mats.
- In a medium bowl, combine rolled oats, brown sugar, granulated sugar, flour, and salt. Stir well.
- Pour in the melted butter, vanilla extract, and milk. Mix until thoroughly combined.
- Using a teaspoon, drop rounded spoonfuls of batter onto the prepared sheets, leaving at least 3 inches between each cookie.
- Bake for 7–9 minutes, until the edges are golden brown and cookies are bubbling.
- Let cookies cool on the baking sheet for about 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Best served warm or at room temperature. They pair well with milk or ice cream.
