  • 8 ounces Salami
  • 8 ounces Mozzarella cheese Cubed
  • 4 ounces Parmesan cheese Grated
  • 4 cups Chopped romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes Halved
  • 1 cup Cucumbers Diced
  • 1/2 cup Red onions Finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Black olives Sliced
  • 1 cup Bell peppers Diced
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup Italian vinaigrette dressing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop all the ingredients into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine salami, mozzarella, parmesan, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, red onions, olives, and bell peppers.
  3. Drizzle with Italian vinaigrette and toss until well combined.
  4. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator before serving for improved flavors.
