Preparation

- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, corn, sour cream, and melted butter. Mix everything well.
- If desired, stir in the shredded cheese, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
Baking
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
