Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and brush with the olive oil mixture on both sides.

- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- Garnish with fresh herbs if desired and serve.
Notes
For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the olive oil mixture for a few hours or overnight. Use a meat thermometer to check for doneness; the internal temperature should be 165°F (75°C). Don’t crowd the baking dish; leave space between the chicken breasts for even cooking.
