  • 1 Large egg
  • 1 stalk Green onion chopped

  • 1-2 teaspoons Gochugaru adjust to taste
  • 1 clove Minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Bring water to a boil in a pot, then add instant ramen noodles and cook according to package directions.
  2. Stir in the ramen seasoning packet, gochugaru, minced garlic, and soy sauce, then crack in an egg and let it cook to your desired doneness.
  3. Transfer the ramen to a bowl, garnish with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.

Notes

Adjust the amount of gochugaru to your spice preference. For an extra kick, add a dash of sesame oil at the end.
