  • 1 cup heavy cream Adjust for sauce thickness.

Method
 

Cooking the Pasta
  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
Making the Sauce
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Stir in the lobster meat and cook for a few minutes.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  5. Add Parmesan cheese, stirring continuously until melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and pepper.
Combining and Serving
  1. Toss the cooked pasta with the lobster Alfredo sauce until well coated.
  2. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Use fresh lobster meat for the best flavor, but frozen lobster will work too. Adjust thickness of the sauce by adding more or less cream. Adding vegetables like peas or spinach is a great option for added nutrition. You can try different types of pasta, such as linguine or penne, or add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicier kick.
