Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
- Press the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
Topping Preparation
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and smooth peanut butter together until smooth.
- Pour the chocolate peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker base and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into squares before serving.
Notes
Best served chilled. Pair them with a glass of milk or coffee. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze individually wrapped for longer storage.
