Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • 1 cup peanut butter Smooth peanut butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted Ensure melted completely
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup chocolate chips Use high-quality chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter For topping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and melted butter. Mix until well combined.
  2. Press the mixture into a greased 9x9 inch baking dish.
Topping Preparation
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips and smooth peanut butter together until smooth.
  2. Pour the chocolate peanut butter mixture over the graham cracker base and spread evenly.
  3. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set, then cut into squares before serving.

Notes

Best served chilled. Pair them with a glass of milk or coffee. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week or freeze individually wrapped for longer storage.
