Ingredients

Roasted Cauliflower
  • 1 head Cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Equipment

  • Baking sheet
  • Mixing bowl

Method

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together the maple syrup, sriracha, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper to create the glaze.
  3. Add the cauliflower florets to the bowl and toss thoroughly to ensure they are evenly coated with the maple sriracha glaze.
  4. Spread the glazed cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet, ensuring not to overcrowd the pan for even roasting.
  5. Roast for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cauliflower is tender-crisp and caramelized around the edges.

Notes

For extra crispiness, broil for the last 2-3 minutes, watching carefully to prevent burning. Adjust sriracha to your preferred spice level.
