Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a pie dish.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the honey and Greek yogurt until smooth.
- Add the eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- In a separate bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Gradually add this dry mixture to the wet mixture.
- Stir in the melted butter until fully combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pie dish and smooth the top.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until golden and set in the center.
- Let it cool slightly before serving. Enjoy warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Slice into wedges and serve it on its own or with a dollop of whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. A drizzle of extra honey on top can add an extra touch of sweetness. Store in the refrigerator for up to 3 days or freeze for up to a month.
