Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a medium bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until smooth and well combined.
- Place the chicken breasts in the prepared baking dish. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over each chicken breast.
- Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the coated chicken. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
