Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a loaf pan or baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, egg, milk, minced garlic, chopped onion, parsley, salt, and pepper until just mixed.
Baking
- Gently form the mixture into an oblong loaf shape and place it into the prepared pan.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce to create the glaze. Spread the glaze evenly over the top of the meatloaf.
- Bake for 45-55 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
Serving
- Let the meatloaf rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
For extra moisture and flavor, consider adding finely diced bell peppers or shredded zucchini to the meatloaf mixture.
