Method
 

Preparation
  1. Melt the milk chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Stir in the peppermint extract until well combined.
Assembly

Notes

Store treats in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks, or in the fridge for about a month. Make sure to separate layers with parchment paper to prevent sticking. For a two-tone treat, add a layer of melted white chocolate on top.
