Cooking

- Add diced tomatoes, corn, green beans, and kidney beans.
- Mix in oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.

- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley or cilantro if desired.
