- Wash and trim the ends of the green beans.
- In a small bowl, whisk together white miso paste, soy sauce, mirin, sugar, sesame oil, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the trimmed green beans and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until crisp-tender.
- Pour the miso glaze over the cooked green beans and toss to coat evenly. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the sauce slightly thickens. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds before serving.
