Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line a 9x13 inch baking pan.
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar and brown sugar until combined.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Stir in the vanilla.
- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix until just combined.
- Fold in the M&M’s.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool before cutting into squares and serving.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Great on their own or with vanilla ice cream. For a festive touch, sprinkle extra M&M's on top before serving.
