- In a mixing bowl, combine shredded coconut, chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined.
- Use your hands to form small balls from the mixture and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Freeze the snowballs for about 30 minutes or until firm.
- Optionally, roll the snowballs in additional shredded coconut or cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
These snowballs can be served chilled from the freezer or left to sit at room temperature briefly to soften. Store in an airtight container in the freezer for up to a month. For best results, use sweetened condensed milk.
