Filling Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract Use pure vanilla extract for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup Heavy cream Whip until stiff peaks form.
Ganache Ingredients
  • 1 cup Chocolate, chopped Use high-quality chocolate for richer flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Heavy cream Heat before pouring over chocolate.

Preparation
  1. Make the crust by mixing graham cracker crumbs with melted butter and pressing it into the bottom of a pan. Refrigerate until set.
  2. In a bowl, beat cream cheese with sugar and vanilla until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread the cream cheese layer over the crust.
  5. Prepare the chocolate ganache by heating heavy cream and pouring it over chopped chocolate, stirring until smooth. Pour the ganache over the cream cheese layer.
  6. Top with additional whipped cream if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for several hours until set before serving.

Notes

Serve chilled straight from the fridge. You can slice into squares and serve with a dollop of whipped cream or sprinkle some chocolate shavings on top.
