Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar until well mixed.
- Press the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
Topping
- In a saucepan, melt together the chocolate chips and butter over low heat until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Chilling
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm, then cut into bars and serve.
Notes
Serve chilled; can be topped with chopped nuts or a pinch of sea salt. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for longer storage.
