  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Adjust sweetness to taste.
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips Can substitute with dark chocolate for a richer flavor.
  • 1/4 cup butter Can substitute with coconut oil for a vegan option.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, and powdered sugar until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish.
Topping
  1. In a saucepan, melt together the chocolate chips and butter over low heat until smooth.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate over the peanut butter layer and spread evenly.
Chilling
  1. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until firm, then cut into bars and serve.

Notes
