- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Dip one end of each Nutter Butter cookie into the melted chocolate, covering about one-third of the cookie.
- Place dipped cookie on parchment paper, then immediately press a mini chocolate chip onto the chocolate for the acorn cap and insert a pretzel piece for the stem.
- Let the cookies set completely on the parchment paper at room temperature or refrigerate for 10-15 minutes for faster setting.
Notes
For best results, ensure your melted chocolate isn't too hot, as it can cause the cookies to melt.
