Preparation
- In a saucepan over medium heat, mix together sugar and corn syrup until bubbly.
- Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth.
- In a large bowl, combine Rice Krispies and pour the peanut butter mixture over them, stirring until fully coated.
- Allow to cool slightly, then mix in chocolate chips and butterscotch chips.
- Press the mixture into a greased pan, cool completely, and cut into squares to serve.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Avoid refrigeration.
