  • 0.5 tsp Dried oregano
  • 0.75 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
For Assembly

  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish, optional

Equipment

  • Large skillet
  • Mixing bowls
  • Measuring spoons/cups
  • Spatula
  • Cutting board
  • Knife

Method

Prepare Chicken
  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper; cook for 2-3 more minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Assemble Wraps
  1. Combine the cooked chicken mixture with softened cream cheese in a bowl, stirring until well combined.
  2. Lay out each tortilla and spread a portion of the chicken mixture evenly down the center.
  3. Sprinkle generously with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the chicken mixture.
  4. Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap.
  5. Optionally, toast each wrap in a clean skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve immediately.

Notes

For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture. These wraps are also great for meal prep; simply assemble and reheat gently.
