Prepare Chicken
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in minced garlic, smoked paprika, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper; cook for 2-3 more minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Assemble Wraps
- Combine the cooked chicken mixture with softened cream cheese in a bowl, stirring until well combined.
- Lay out each tortilla and spread a portion of the chicken mixture evenly down the center.
- Sprinkle generously with mozzarella and cheddar cheeses over the chicken mixture.
- Fold in the sides of each tortilla, then tightly roll it up from the bottom to form a wrap.
- Optionally, toast each wrap in a clean skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and cheese is melted.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired, then serve immediately.
Notes
For an extra kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the chicken mixture. These wraps are also great for meal prep; simply assemble and reheat gently.
