  • 8 ounces Crushed pineapple, drained can
  • 16 ounces Small-curd cottage cheese
  • 8 ounces Whipped topping, thawed
  • 3 ounces Orange gelatin powder package
  • 2 cups Mini marshmallows

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, well-drained mandarin oranges, and well-drained crushed pineapple.
  2. Sprinkle the orange gelatin powder over the mixture, then stir thoroughly until all ingredients are well combined.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping and mini marshmallows until they are evenly distributed throughout the salad.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate the Orange Fluff Salad for at least one hour before serving to ensure it is thoroughly chilled and flavors have melded.

Notes

For best results, ensure all canned fruits are very well drained to prevent the salad from becoming watery. This dessert salad is best served thoroughly chilled.
