Preparation & Baking
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle, then cut it into 12 even strips.
- Tie each dough strip into a knot and arrange them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the knots are golden brown.
Garlic Butter & Finishing
- While the knots are baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over medium heat, then add the minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Remove the saucepan from heat and stir in the chopped parsley, grated Parmesan, and salt.
- Generously brush the warm, baked garlic knots with the prepared garlic butter mixture before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider adding a pinch of red pepper flakes to the garlic butter for a subtle kick.
