Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts.
Cooking
  1. In a bowl, toss the Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread the sprouts out on a baking sheet.
  3. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until crispy and golden brown.
  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
  5. Serve warm.
