Preparation
- Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the crushed Oreos and softened cream cheese until well mixed.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
Coating
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip each Oreo ball into the melted white chocolate, allowing excess to drip off.
- Place them back on the baking sheet and immediately sprinkle with red and blue sprinkles.
Chilling
- Refrigerate until firm. Serve chilled.
Notes
For longer storage, freeze the Oreo balls for up to three months. Let them thaw in the fridge before serving.
