Preparation
- In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, cream cheese, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Gently fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
- In small cups or jars, layer the crushed graham crackers at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the peanut butter mixture on top of the graham crackers.
- Next, add a layer of jelly over the peanut butter filling.
- Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with a jelly layer on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
Serving
- Serve the PB&J Dessert Cups chilled for the best taste. You can add fresh fruit on top for added color and flavor.
Storage
- Store any leftover PB&J Dessert Cups in the refrigerator, covered tightly. They can stay fresh for up to three days.
Notes
For a smoother filling, beat the cream cheese well before mixing in the peanut butter. To achieve a thinner consistency for the peanut butter mixture, add a little milk. Feel free to use different flavors of jelly to mix things up.
