Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together peanut butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in baking soda, salt, and flour until well combined.
- Roll the dough into small balls and place on an ungreased baking sheet.
Baking
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are lightly browned.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie.
- Allow to cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze in a bag for up to three months. Thaw before enjoying.
