  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, coconut oil, cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla extract, and salt.
  2. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  4. Freeze for about 20-30 minutes until solid.
  5. Once set, pop them out of the molds and enjoy as a guilt-free snack or dessert.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the freezer. They can last for about a month. Enjoy as a quick snack or dessert. For variation, mix in chopped nuts, shredded coconut, or chocolate chips for extra texture.
