- In a bowl, mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Stir in the rice cereal until well combined.
- Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Melt the chocolate chips and dip each ball into the chocolate, covering entirely.
- Place them back on the baking sheet and let them set in the refrigerator until firm.
