  • 1 cup white chocolate chips – use high-quality chocolate for best flavor
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract – can substitute with vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies – adds crunchy texture and pops of festive red

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  3. Pour the dark chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
  4. In another bowl, repeat the process with the white chocolate chips, remaining sweetened condensed milk, and peppermint extract.
  5. Carefully pour the white chocolate mixture over the dark chocolate layer.
  6. Use a knife to gently swirl the layers together, allowing some of the peppermint candy color to blend in for a festive swirl.
  7. Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
  9. Cut into squares and enjoy your holiday-ready fudge!

Notes

Store leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate and bring to room temperature before serving.
