Preparation
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine dark chocolate chips and 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Pour the dark chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- In another bowl, repeat the process with the white chocolate chips, remaining sweetened condensed milk, and peppermint extract.
- Carefully pour the white chocolate mixture over the dark chocolate layer.
- Use a knife to gently swirl the layers together, allowing some of the peppermint candy color to blend in for a festive swirl.
- Sprinkle crushed peppermint candies on top.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
- Cut into squares and enjoy your holiday-ready fudge!
Notes
Store leftover fudge in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer storage, refrigerate and bring to room temperature before serving.
