- Spread pesto on one side of each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, avocado, and bacon on one slice of bread.
- Add lettuce and season with salt and pepper.
- Top with the other slice of bread, pesto side down.
- Slice in half and serve.
Notes
For best freshness, consume immediately. Store leftovers tightly wrapped in the fridge for up to one day. Squeeze lemon juice on avocado to prevent browning if making ahead.
