- Melt the chocolate wafers or chips in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Place a small dollop of melted chocolate on the striped side of each Fudge Stripe cookie.
- Gently press an unwrapped Mini Reese's Peanut Butter Cup onto the chocolate dollop, creating the "hat" shape.
- Allow the chocolate to set completely at room temperature or by refrigerating for a few minutes.
- Once set, use the icing gel to pipe a small square "buckle" onto the front of each Reese's cup.
Notes
Ensure the chocolate is fully set before adding the icing buckle to prevent smudging. For extra flair, add a tiny piece of candy corn as a feather.
