- In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Chex and stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.
- Add the powdered sugar over the mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
- Stir in the chopped pistachios for added crunch.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and let it cool.
