Main Ingredients
  • 3 cups Rice Chex Can substitute with other crisped rice cereals.
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips Melt slowly to avoid burning.
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios Can replace with other nuts if desired.
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar Can reduce amount for less sweetness.
  • 1 tablespoon butter Melt with white chocolate.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, measure out the Rice Chex.
  2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips and butter together, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Pour the melted chocolate over the Rice Chex and stir until all the cereal is evenly coated.
  4. Add the powdered sugar over the mixture and toss gently to coat evenly.
  5. Stir in the chopped pistachios for added crunch.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet and let it cool.

Notes

Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. Customize with different nuts or sprinkles.
