Pizza Base Ingredients
  • 1 batch Pizza dough Store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce Or your favorite pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil For drizzling on top
  • 1 tbsp Italian seasoning Or to taste
Toppings
  • 1-2 cups Toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, etc.) Customize to your liking

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
  3. Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  4. Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Add your choice of toppings.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
  2. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

Pizza Ree-A is best served hot with a side of garlic bread or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
