Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Transfer the dough to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
- Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top.
- Add your choice of toppings.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Cooking
- Bake for 12-15 minutes until the crust is golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
- Slice and serve hot.
Notes
Pizza Ree-A is best served hot with a side of garlic bread or salad. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 3-4 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
