Crust
  • 1 Pre-made graham cracker crust 9-inch
Filling
  • 8 oz Cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup Powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Peppermint extract
  • a few drops Red food coloring optional
  • 12 oz Whipped topping thawed
  • 1/2 cup Crushed peppermint candies
Topping (Optional)
  • Whipped topping for garnish
  • Crushed peppermint candies for garnish

Method
 

Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar, milk, and peppermint extract until smooth; add a few drops of red food coloring if desired.
  2. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping and 1/2 cup of crushed peppermint candies into the cream cheese mixture until just combined.
  3. Pour the pie filling into the pre-made graham cracker crust, spreading evenly.
  4. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm; garnish with additional whipped topping and crushed peppermint candies before serving.

Notes

For best results, allow the pie to chill for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight, to set completely.
