Preparation

Assembly
- Place about 2 tablespoons of the filling in the center of each egg roll wrapper. Fold and roll according to package instructions.
Frying
- Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat and fry the egg rolls until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
