  • 1 cup chicken broth Use low-sodium if preferred.
  • 1 teaspoon cumin Adds warmth to the mixture.
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder Adjust based on spice preference.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
  3. Stir in cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to season the turkey.
Make the White Sauce
  1. In a bowl, mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and chicken broth to make the white sauce.
Assemble and Bake
  1. Grease a baking dish and layer the corn tortillas, turkey mixture, and cheese.
  2. Pour the white sauce over the top and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
  3. Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  4. Garnish with chopped cilantro before serving.
