  • 1 box cake mix Any flavor of cake mix can be used.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped Chop the strawberries into small pieces.
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 large eggs

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until the batter is smooth.
  3. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
  4. Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
  5. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  6. Let cool briefly before removing from the tin and serving.

Notes

To store your muffins, place them in an airtight container. They can be kept at room temperature for a few days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, you can freeze them by wrapping each muffin tightly in plastic wrap and placing them in a freezer bag.
