Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, water, vegetable oil, and eggs. Mix until the batter is smooth.
- Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Let cool briefly before removing from the tin and serving.
Notes
To store your muffins, place them in an airtight container. They can be kept at room temperature for a few days, or in the refrigerator for up to a week. For longer storage, you can freeze them by wrapping each muffin tightly in plastic wrap and placing them in a freezer bag.
