  • 250 g Raspberries Ensure the raspberries are fresh and not too mushy.

Preparation
  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
  2. Once melted, allow it to cool slightly before folding in the raspberries.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator until firm.
  4. Use a spoon to scoop out small portions and roll them into balls.
  5. Place the truffles on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set.

Notes

For added texture and flavor, you can dust the truffles with cocoa powder or roll them in crushed nuts. They can be served chilled or at room temperature. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week or freeze for up to three months.
