  • 1 head green cabbage
  • 1/4 cup olive oil heaping
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp chili pepper flakes
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 400℉. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Stem then slice your cabbage head in half. Slice those halves in half and then again into equal wedges; you should have 8 wedges.
Seasoning
  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, onion powder, chili pepper flakes, salt, and grated parmesan cheese.
  2. Brush this mixture on all sides of the cabbage wedges.
Roasting
  1. Place the wedges on the prepared baking sheet.
  2. Roast for 20 minutes, then flip the wedges over.
  3. Roast for another 10-15 minutes, or until they are golden brown at the edges.
Serving
  1. Serve with lemon wedges and fresh parsley.

Notes

Adjust the seasonings to your taste and brush evenly on the wedges for the best flavor. For a crispier texture, roast longer while monitoring to prevent burning.
