  • 3/4 cup Packed light brown sugar
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
Mixing
  1. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until light and fluffy.
  2. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla extract until well combined.
  3. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined, then fold in the chocolate chips.
Baking
  1. Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  2. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are golden brown and the centers are still soft.
  3. Let cookies cool on the baking sheets for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
