Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
- Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff it with the seafood mixture.
- Place the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle olive oil over the top of the salmon.
Cooking
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
- Serve hot and enjoy your gourmet dinner!
