  • 2 fillets salmon fillets Fresh and skinless for best results.
  • 1 cup crab meat Use real crab meat for optimal flavor.
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, cooked and chopped Ensure shrimp is properly cooked and chopped.
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened Bring to room temperature for easy mixing.
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs For stuffing consistency.
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped For flavor and garnish.
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice To enhance flavors.
  • to taste Salt and pepper Add according to preference.
  • for drizzling Olive oil For greasing and enhancing flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine the crab meat, shrimp, cream cheese, breadcrumbs, green onions, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff it with the seafood mixture.
  4. Place the stuffed salmon on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil over the top of the salmon.
Cooking
  1. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily.
  2. Serve hot and enjoy your gourmet dinner!

Notes
