  • 1.5 lb chicken tenderloins
  • 1.5 lb mini potatoes halved or quartered depending on size
  • 12 oz fresh green beans trimmed
Sauces and Seasonings
  • 0.5 cup garlic parmesan sauce
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2–3 tbsp fresh fine shredded parmesan cheese

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F.
  2. Cut the potatoes and trim the ends of the green beans.
Assembly
  1. On your baking sheet, arrange the potatoes on one end, chicken in the middle, and green beans on the other end.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the potatoes and green beans, then sprinkle garlic powder on top.
  3. Brush or spoon the garlic parmesan sauce over the chicken tenderloins until well coated.
Baking
  1. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are golden.
  2. Sprinkle fresh parmesan cheese over the potatoes and green beans before serving.

Notes

Make sure to cut the potatoes into similar sizes for even cooking. You can add other vegetables like carrots or bell peppers. For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in the garlic parmesan sauce for a few hours before cooking.
