Preparation
- Cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar in a large bowl.

- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about an hour.
Baking
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the dough and cut it into desired shapes using cookie cutters.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- Allow the cookies to cool completely.
Assembly
- Spread Hazelnut Spread between two cookies to create a sandwich.
