Ingredients
  

Main ingredients
  • 2 cups Edamame (fresh or frozen) Frozen edamame should be thawed and drained.
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil Adjust the amount based on preference.
  • 1 teaspoon Salt To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper To taste.
  • 1/2 teaspoon Garlic powder Optional, can be skipped for a milder taste.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. If using frozen edamame, thaw and drain them.
  3. In a bowl, toss the edamame with olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder (if using).
Cooking
  1. Place the edamame in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  2. Air fry for about 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the edamame are crispy.
Serving
  1. Serve warm as a snack or appetizer.

Notes

Make sure to spread the edamame in a single layer in the air fryer for even cooking. Adjust seasonings to your liking and experiment with other spices for variations. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
